The wedding will take place on Sunday, May 14, 2006 at the JW Marriott Las Vegas. We
have several events planned from Friday night through Sunday night, so our guests are invited to spend
the weekend with us if they can. All locations on the itinerary are on the JW Marriott property.

Bridal Party
Groomsmen
- James Byrum - Jimmy and Mike met their freshman year at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. The world
has been recovering ever since. They were roommates in college and both moved out to California to pursue their
careers in the computer industry. Both now work at Yahoo!, Inc.
- Daniel Backof - Dan and Mike went to Sunday school together when they were 8 but were tragically separated
until a social studies class their freshman year at Dulaney High School. They have been great friends since that day,
even if their friendship may have hurt their social studies grades.
Bridesmaids
- Winnie Yu - Winnie and Heather first met during Heather’s days at University of the Pacific
as a Resident Assistant. After a torturous semester of English together, Winnie and Heather grew closer,
supporting each other into the wee hours of the morning, talking about relationships and the challenges
associated with them. Their friendship has continued strong ever since those days.
- Maricar Knize - Delta Sigma Pi brought many assets into Heather’s life, but one of the most
regarded is the friendships made. Heather and Maricar were first "brothers”"before ever truly becoming
friends. But through the years, they grew closer together- standing by each other through love and through life.
Best Sister
- Erin Mathieson - Mike’s lovely sister, Erin, is a true gift to both Mike and Heather’s life. She
is currently attending graduate school at SUNY Stoneybrook.
Parents of the Bride
- Terry Reed - The most influential person in Heather’s life, Terry has continued to serve an active
role after dedicating his life to raising her to be an independent and strong female. In August 2004 he
married Thuy Dinh, who has brought a new level of care and compassion to his life.
- Sandy Plourd - Sandy has continued to inspire Mike and Heather to always stay true to
themselves, regardless of what other’s may think. Because of her true love of "special" animals,
Sandy has become a true "Ma-ma" to both Jasmine and Cadbury (Heather and Mike’s animals).
Parents of the Groom
- Bob and Diane Mathieson - Mike’s parents are truly one of a kind. They represent marriage at its
finest, standing together through Bob’s residency days through seeing both their children move out of the house to
other states. Mike and Erin are the strong people they are today thanks to the love and support of thier parents.
